ABOUT Brianna
Life is hard. We don't often have time to slow down, or have access to a community that lets us know that we are truly doing our best. With my clients, I encourage them to find their equilibrium on their own terms. My hope is that we can all enjoy the lifelong benefits of therapy, and feel invited back whenever it is needed.
My therapeutic approach is multicultural, trauma-informed and feminist, while incorporating cognitive-behavioral, somatic and narrative therapies. My practice recognizes the traumatic impact of systems of oppression and how this affects the wellbeing of individuals, families and marginalized communities. The client populations that I prioritize experience anxiety, depression, disordered eating, post-traumatic stress disorder from systems of oppression (racism, sexism, ableism transphobia, homophobia, capitalism, fatphobia, etc), grief, abusive family/romantic relationships, suicidal ideation and self-harm.
